Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Agency owners: the details you enter in our form (name, agency, email, phone, service area and your answers).
Families: contact details and care needs that families share with us when they ask for help finding care.
Website data: basic usage data such as pages visited.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, to provide our service, to screen families and book in-home assessments, and to improve our ads and website.

Sharing

We share a family's details only with the one agency we book them with, and only after they agree to be contacted. We do not sell personal information. We use service providers (for example scheduling, email and hosting tools) who process data on our behalf.

Calls, texts and emails

If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your request. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and of emails by using the opt-out link or replying "no".

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
