If a family doesn't make it, it doesn't come off your visits. We book someone new.

Wrong fit? We book another.

If a family doesn't meet the rules above, let us know within 3 days and we'll book a new one.

Money back after 90 days

If we can't deliver all of your visits in 90 days, you get your money back for the rest.
