These terms cover your use of this website and our in-home assessment booking service for home care agencies ("you"). By using the site or buying a package, you agree to them.
Ledgerline Systems is a marketing company. We run ads to families looking for home care, speak with them by phone, and book in-home assessments with your agency. We are not a home care provider, a placement agency or a referral agency, and we do not give care, medical, legal or financial advice.
Packages are paid up front. The price for each assessment is agreed in writing before we start. An assessment is used from your package only when it takes place with the family. Families who do not show up are not counted.
If a family does not meet the agreed qualification rules, tell us within 3 days of the visit and we will book a replacement. If we do not deliver all assessments in your package within 90 days of the start date, we refund the unused balance, unless you choose to extend.
We work with one agency per agreed service area (a set of ZIP codes) while your package is active. We do not send families we book for you to other agencies.
You only pay for families who will pay for care themselves, from savings or income. If a family plans to use long-term care insurance, we may still book them, at no charge. We never book families using Medicaid, Medicare or the VA. Our fee is a flat marketing fee per assessment and is never a share of what a client pays you.
You are responsible for your own licensing, care decisions, client contracts and compliance with the laws that apply to your agency.
We do not promise that any family will become your client or how much you will earn. Any example figures on our site are illustrations.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the package in question.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
